11 Penn Television also manages the creation of original high-definition television (HDTV) content for VOOM, the world's first comprehensive HDTV service. Building on Rainbow Media's history of original programming innovation, Rainbow Studios and 11 Penn Post also works in tangent with Rainbow DBS in the development of the VOOM HD Originals - exclusive, commercial-free HDTV channels, ranging from movies, music and museums, to sports, travel and fashion.
