BY CAR: From New Jersey and South: Take NJ Turnpike (I-95 N) to Lincoln Tunnel. Merge onto I-495 E. Exit on LEFT to 10 Ave/Points North/West Side Hwy. Straight to DYER AVEN. Right to W40th ST. and RIGHT onto 7th AVE between 31st and 32nd Street.
From Conneticut and North: Take I-95 S. to NYC. Merge onto I-278 W via Exit 6B towards Triborough Bridge. Merge onto FDR Drive S. Take Exit 8 (I-495/Midtown Tunnel/ E 34th St. Straight to FDR DR Service Rd W, RIGHT onto E 35th ST, LEFT onto 7th AVE between 31st and 32nd Street.
